Terms and Conditions for Monthly Games Pass

By purchasing and using The Dice & Balls Monthly Games Pass, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Use of the Games Pass

 

    • The Monthly Games Pass (“Pass”) allows the holder to use the card in place of making a donation when visiting the Dice and Balls Hub to play games. There is no limit to the number of times you use the Pass while membership is active.

    • Possession of the Pass does not guarantee the availability of a table. Tables are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Discounts

 

    • Pass holders are entitled to a 10% discount on all in-store purchases.

    • This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

 

    • The Pass will automatically renew each month on the same day as the original sign-up date.

    • You may cancel your Pass at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

4. Non-Transferable

 

    • The Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased it. Sharing the Pass with others may result in termination of membership without a refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Pass

 

    • If the Pass is lost or stolen, please notify Dice and Balls immediately. We reserve the right to issue a replacement at our discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

 

    • Dice and Balls reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Pass holders will be notified of any changes, which will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Termination of Membership

 

    • Dice and Balls reserves the right to terminate the Pass membership at any time for misuse or violation of these terms and conditions.

    • In the event of termination by Dice and Balls, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the Pass may be issued at the discretion of the company.

8. Liability

 

    • Dice and Balls is not liable for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged while using the Hub.

    • The company is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.

9. Data Protection and Communication

 

    • Personal information collected for the purpose of the Pass will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing up for the Pass, you consent to the collection and use of your data for membership management and communication purposes.

    • As a member, you will periodically receive emails with details of exclusive, member-only offers. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time without affecting your membership.

10. Refund Policy

 

    • There are no refunds for cancellations mid-term, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. In case of termination by Dice and Balls, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

11. Code of Conduct

 

    • Members are required to adhere to the Hub’s code of conduct, which ensures a respectful and inclusive environment. Failure to comply may result in membership termination without a refund.

12. Age Restrictions

 

    • The Pass may be subject to age restrictions for certain unsupervised minors. 

13. Exclusions

 

    • The Pass does not cover entry or participation fees for organized events, such as Wednesday Games Night, Chess Club, Dungeons & Dragons sessions, or other scheduled activities.

    • The 10% discount offered with the Pass is not applicable for booking special events, including but not limited to the Mini-Con.
